Bull Run Valley Construction, William and his team is who you want building your deck! We were blown away by the detail, quality construction and overall high-end look of our finished deck, railing and lighting system. The project was replacement of a 30 year old rotting deck of about 800 square feet. From the first day of demo our site was kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the project. There were changes we wanted to make to the new deck layout and William was fantastic in talking us through options and different possible configurations. The deck is gorgeous, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. The value of our home has increased, and our outdoor living space is greatly enhanced. Thank you William and Bull Run Valley Construction!
We couldn't have had a better experience working with William. He was responsive with our questions, he made sure he understood what we wanted, he was courteous, always on time, and kept us up to speed on their progress. His team was great! William made recommendations, but was not pushy in any way. In the end, he wanted to be sure we were getting what we wanted. They started on time every day and the work was completed on time.
My wife and I are very satisfied with the deck William and his team built. His price was fair and the craftsmanship top notch. I hope to work with William again in the future.
It was a pleasure working with William. I had wooden decking which was in very poor condition. His crew replaced the decking with man-made materials and it looks great and was done on time. Very professional and courteous. I plan on using Bull Run Valley Construction for more projects in the future.
I recently hired William to install lattice around a deck we had replace two years ago. That company said lattice was too difficult to install. William and Josh were prompt to their promised start time. The lattice was up and done, with all their cleanup finished in less than 8 hours. I’m happy with the quality of their work and appreciate the respectful courteous atttiude. I highly recommend William and Bull Run Valley.

Mr. Kincheloe recently replaced some wooden stairs from our back french doors to the grass landing in our back yard. he was very courteous and professional, and did the job very quickly. He will be doing more work for us; we're having built-in designed and created by him. When speaking with him about what I wanted, I found him to be full of practical ideas, engaging, and he seemed excited about the work. I look forward to working with him again!
