This custom Haymarket deck was built in spring 2015 for homeowners in the Dominion Valley area. It is built onto the back of the home. The back yard is accessible through a wheelchair ramp and through the steps on the left. The ramp has a railing on both sides, as specified by the ADA code.
We also built a pergola on the deck that includes a ceiling fan and hooks for hanging plants.
We used Trex decking and railings for this project. The custom gates shown below were special ordered to match the deck railing.
The steps leading down to the back yard include small built-in LED lights.
