We build custom decks for homeowners in Northern Virginia.  We meet with you to listen to what you need in an outdoor area.  We also take measurements of your house and yard.  We then design an outdoor area that fits your home and budget.  We typically draw up several plans to show you different layout options.

Our wooden decks are a good value.  We also offer deck flooring and railings made of composite materials. These are more expensive and require less maintenance. They just need a power washing every couple years. Many home owners request a quote for both an all-wood deck and an all-composite materials deck.

We know the latest local building codes. They differ slightly among Fairfax County, Prince William County, Loudoun County and Fauquier County. We file the permits, arrange for the inspections and do everything by the book. You can enjoy your attractive and safe deck for years to come.
