William Kincheloe founded Bull Run Valley Construction in February of 2008. BRV Construction is a privately owned company that specializes in decks, bathrooms, carpentry work, and all other residential remodeling. William is licensed with he state of Virginia #2705125855 and is also bonded and insured.
William is a Northern Virginia native; he grew up in Clifton and graduated from Robinson Secondary School. He moved to the Warrenton area after attending WVU where he studied Business. He takes great pride in serving the home owners of Northern Virginia and much of his new business comes through referrals.
