This Gainesville deck is located in the Heritage Hunt neighborhood. Heritage Hunt is a new neighborhood for active adults over 55.
Our homeowner especially wanted to enjoy a view of the golf course from the new deck. We measured the back of the house and the yard. We always submit multiple deck designs to the homeowner so they have different options and budgets to choose from. The homeowner chose a vinyl / aluminum reinforced railing system and composite deck flooring.
